August 18, 2015 – Our keynote speaker this week was Charleston Police Chief Greg Mullen. As most of you know, Chief Mullen was appointed Chief of Police of the Charleston Police Department on October 2, 2006. Upon retiring from the Air Force veteran after 22 years of service, he began his law enforcement career as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
